Founded in 1998 in Nagpur, our practice grew from a single conviction: that architecture is a service to the people who use it, not a monument to the people who make it.

Today we are a team of architects, urban designers, and interior specialists working across India — but the founding discipline hasn't changed. We listen carefully, design honestly, and detail obsessively.
